How-to
Analyze a cry
Open the Cry Analyzer and start a recording while your baby is crying. The audio is processed on your device and never uploaded; you'll get a likely cause with a confidence read, which is saved to your history.
Add or switch babies
Manage and select babies in Settings. The selected baby is the one used across the tracker, milestones, and the AI assistant.
Log or delete a tracker entry
Use the quick-add grid on the Tracker tab to log sleep, feeding, bottle, food, diaper, pumping, or temperature. To remove an entry, swipe it in today's log.
Delete everything
Uninstalling the app from your device removes all of your babies, tracking entries, milestones, and cry history. Nupi stores nothing on a server.
Manage or restore your subscription
Manage or cancel Nupi Pro in your App Store account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iOS). If you've reinstalled or switched devices, use Restore in Nupi's Settings to restore your purchase.
Bug reports
If you hit something that feels wrong, the most useful bug report includes:
- Your iOS version and device (e.g. iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 18.2).
- What you were doing when it happened.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- If safe to share, a screenshot.
